Rules The new progression system will allow players to unlock their desired ship in quick fashion.

The USA and Germany will be the only nations available at the start of the closed beta and players will have access to almost 50 warships as well as research trees with the new progression system in tow. It will be interesting to see if Gaijin Entertainment will manage to keep the balance up since there is a staggering number of different vehicles in all three aspects of the combat, be it on land, sea or air. Naval Battles will bring warships into the game ranging from the small patrol torpedo boats up to the massive cruisers. Meanwhile, the Naval Battles closed beta is launching simultaneously for PC and the consoles. Players who don't want to shell out the cash just yet will get to play the game later this year. All founder's packs will have unique decals, titles and at least one of the aforementioned exclusive vehicles.

The most expensive founder's pack will also have the controversial Xbox One exclusive vehicles such as XM-1 Chrysler tank, F4U-4B Corsair aircraft and USS Bennion destroyer. This is basically a fancy way of saying players who pre-order various editions of the game get to play it before the official launch. Coinciding with the Naval Fleet beta is the announcement of Xbox One early access that will be available to players who purchase one of the three founder's packs standing at $19.99, $59.99 and $99.99.
